About Treasury

Razoyo Treasury is an internal service operated by Razoyo LLC that connects Razoyo's own QuickBooks Online companies to approved Razoyo tools. It has no public sign-up and is not offered to other companies or consumers.

Information Treasury stores

Treasury stores the QuickBooks Online realm ID, company name, connection environment, and OAuth access and refresh tokens for each connected company. Tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored in Cloudflare D1. Short-lived access tokens are provided only to authorized Razoyo tools, which use them to read and write Razoyo's own accounting data through the QuickBooks Online API.

Treasury does not store QuickBooks accounting data. Request logs and traces are stored in Cloudflare Workers Logs with query strings redacted.

Processing and location

Cloudflare processes data as Treasury's hosting provider, and Intuit is the source and recipient of QuickBooks Online connection data. Treasury does not sell data or disclose it to unrelated third parties. Requests are processed on Cloudflare's global network. The D1 primary database is placed in Cloudflare's Eastern North America region; Cloudflare does not guarantee placement in a particular country.

Retention and removal

Connection metadata and encrypted tokens are retained while the connection exists. Tokens rotate during refresh and become unusable after revocation or an Intuit-side disconnect. An administrator can disconnect a company, which revokes its tokens at Intuit and deletes its Treasury record. If a company is disconnected from within QuickBooks Online, Treasury marks the unusable connection as needing reauthorization until an administrator deletes it.

Temporary OAuth state values are retained for minutes and removed when used or expired. Cloudflare automatically retains Workers logs and traces for three days on Treasury's current Workers Free plan.

Disconnecting and contact

A Razoyo administrator can disconnect a company from Treasury, or the connection can be disconnected from within QuickBooks Online. Questions or removal requests can be sent to Razoyo LLC at support@razoyo.com.
