End User License Agreement

Effective date: September 3, 2026

This End User License Agreement applies to Razoyo Treasury, an internal service operated by Razoyo LLC.

License

Razoyo LLC grants Razoyo personnel a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use Treasury solely for authorized internal business purposes. Treasury may not be copied, redistributed, sublicensed, or made available to any third party.

No warranty

Treasury is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Third-party services

Treasury connects to services provided by Intuit. Intuit and QuickBooks are trademarks of Intuit Inc. Intuit is not a party to this agreement, and use of Intuit services remains subject to Intuit's applicable terms.

Termination

This license ends when a user's authorization to access Treasury ends or when Razoyo LLC withdraws the license. On termination, the user must stop using Treasury.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Texas.
